They play with your bill, and when you call back to correct it, they play dumb. They over charge intentially This is very VERY poorly managed hotel. Front desk representatives clueless on how to make any changed of cancellation, and its per design to scam their customers. They say they will make the change, but bill you for the entire amount. Calling back to follow up gets you nowhere. You must watch your credit card if you ever use this hotel. They play billing tricks and make you spin to get your money refunded.

Well...a bit above average. First stay at this facility while visiting family in the area. It is an easy location off of I-376, yet no issue with road noise, as our room was facing the back of the property. Facility was clean...common areas, stairwells, room, parking. Staff was courteous, though night desk was at a loss re: what to do when the television froze (Direct TV). (This resolved after about 30 minutes, but desk was lost re: what their options were.) Breakfast was a bit less than the usual options...Price was rather reasonable, leading to a good value. Would likely stay again, though the limited breakfast options were disappointing.

Exceptionally RUDE STAFF! Avoid! I lost my drivers license and even though I provided the staff member with other forms of ID, my student ID card, My Credit Card, and my Social Security Card, she would not check me in! Rude Staff!!!!!

Large room, lots of outlets On this Midwest trip we traveled to 12 different hotels, all about the same quality range. This hotel ranked average compared to the rest of the hotels on this trip. It had a larger than normal room but was a little bit older. The free breakfast was good. There was lots of outlets to plug your things in.

Enjoyable stay We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the hot breakfast. The waffles were amazing. K T did a wonderful job getting everything ready for breakfast and keeping items stocked. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We will definitely return in the future.
