Great experience I took my family to see Cumberland falls. It was a nice stay. People were friendly at this place. Only issues were the breakfast area is a little cramped and the toilet is loud when flushing.

Ok Great location close to the interstate and lots of dining options close by. Our room was fine clean and comfortable however the communal areas on the hotel were a little rough around the edges and could do with a good clean. I found the reception staff helpful and friendly Would I stay here again, yes probably.

Best hotel stay in a long time! I am so happy that we decided to stay here! This is the most available, friendly and helpful staff I think I have ever encountered at any hotel! Wanda, her trainer, and Irene in housekeeping are so incredibly helpful. Wanda helped me get the fully loaded luggage cart out of the elevator and down the hall to my room. Irene came immediately from the front desk to help with the hair dryer, and Shawn in the breakfast area refilled the waffle mix right away after a busload of people all tried to eat before their bus left. Shawn was so friendly and helpful! My room was clean and everything was just so nice. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Nasty, Dirty Stayed there 07-19-2024, When you pull in and all the employees are sitting around the front of the bld. smoking, There could be an issue. Got to the room, It was nasty, Toe nail clipping on the floor, The chair and sofa was splattered with something, Not sure if it was blood or beverage, Dead fly's smashed on the inside of the window, Free breakfast was horrible. The toilet must have came from a daycare salvage, LOW TO THE FLOOR, I guess you get what you pay for, That place should be shutdown, HORRIBLE. We should get a full refund.
