Horrible hotel for the price! It needs to be mentioned that it’s under construction and the room should be discounted! The building is under construction, no main lobby, you check in down a dark path in a hotel room that has been changed into the office. No decorations on the hotel room walls, not one decoration in the room, two pillows for a king size bed. Felt like we were staying in a large closet with a bed. One chair shoved in the corner. Nothing to make it a comfortable stay. There was nothing in the room with information about the casino or restaurants. The furniture was sparse and very beat up and old, a microwave sat in the desk with the ice bucket on of the microwave. There wasn’t even a box of Kleenex. The view was shipped containers for the construction. Trash truck showed up beeping at 6:15 in the morning! The elevator was out of order so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the second story. This also should have been mentioned when booking! Just beware when booking, you are paying a good amount of money to stay in a large closet with a bed. We will not be back!

Leaky roof, rude employees, overbooked. I paid for a room with a spa tub. We get in the room and there was no tub. We went down and asked the front desk about and the woman was rude about saying they were overbooked and that was the only room available. After that interaction we went to the casino for a couple hours. When we came back to the room we walked in to a giant leak in the room right above the bed. At that point we were done and packed up to go to a different hotel. We told front desk who didn't seem surprised that the roof was leaking or that we didn't want to stay there anymore. Very unimpressed with the hotel or staff.

One night, never again Although the room was nice, the bed was extra firm and uncomfortable. Our room was located next to an exit door to the parking lot. Marked exit only, the door saw inbound and outbound traffic all night, waking us at least hourly with a loud bang as the door came to rest on the rock someone had placed to keep it from latching. Add to that, someone who decided that running in place for half an hour from 5:30am to 6 in the above room and we were done. I had given allowances fo the casino being in renovation but the entire experience was a disaster. With the main restaurant closed during the renovation an just the Aroma, aptly named as it is in the smoking section of the casino, and Lounge available for food, we found that although the staff made the effort to be accommodating, the menu selection and atmosphere were severely lacking.

Comfy, Quiet Room We stayed overnight here while in the area to do some salmon fishing. The Inn is in a separate building across the parking lot from the casino. We chose it because we thought it might be quieter than the Lodge at Rolling Hills, which is connected to the casino. The Inn is a two story building, with easy access to the parking lot. There was an ice machine conveniently located near the door to the parking area. Very handy for fishermen who need fill an ice chest for their catch. We had a nice, quiet room on the first floor. The air conditioner was effective and it ran quietly. The bathroom had a tub/shower combination. The bathroom sink was located outside the bath area. It had a decently-sized vanity top with adequate room for one's toiletries. The bed was comfortable. It was handy to stay here, because there are bars and restaurants on site (at the casino) so we didn't have to drive anywhere for dinner. The woman who was working at the front desk when we checked in was friendly, but our conversation was a bit odd on a number of fronts. She informed me that guests are allowed to park in the porte cochère for up to one half hour while checking in to the hotel. Since we weren't staying in the main building, I told her that we would just like to park near our room. It was difficult to extract information from her regarding the most convenient spot to park for the evening because she kept insisting that we would want to leave our car parked outside the lobby during this 1/2 hour grace period while we located our room and carried in our bags. It took several tries before I finally learned which parking spots would be closest to our room. She also got pre-authorization for an additional $50 on our credit card for incidentals. I asked if this meant that we could charge our meals to our room, and she said no. Leaving me to wonder what the point was for the additional authorization. The fellow who was working at the desk when we checked out was very friendly and helpful, and he made a point of telling me that the $50 charge to our credit card was reversed upon check-out.

Irresponsible We stayed for a weekend. In Saturday, out Sunday. I forgot to pack an item, a high cost item. When we realized it, it was too late. It was gone...nowhere to be found. It was stolen. The Inn took zero responsibility. All I got was an “I’m sorry!” As far as the room, it was mediocre. Beds very soft not comfortable. No USB ports to charge our devices. A dog friendly inn that offered nothing for the dog. Needs upgrading and lessons in customer service.
