Canceled booking at the 11th hour Never really got to stay here. Had booked a room more than two weeks in advance only to be told at the 11th hour (had just landed in San Diego and about to head to the hotel) that they had overbooked and room was not available. The only option hotel provided was another place 25 miles away in a different corner of San Diego. Highly disappointed with how they handled the overbooking.

CBR Perfect Location We have stayed at the CBR 5 or 6 times and it's always a great experience. It's in an A+ Location and has everything we need. We always get the two-bedroom 2 bath which is perfect for us when we take our Adult Kids and young grandkids. We usually stay on the island the entire stay and it's nice that we can use the Lowes Hotel property as they have an affiliation with CBR, and they have a great pool and bar area. Looking forward to going back in the next two weeks.

March 2024 visit Our room was very clean and comfortable spacious and location is fantastic. Some of the reviews led me to believe it was small and this is incorrect. a big plus is the kitchen area fully stocked with pots pans toaster microwave fridge burners everything you need to make some nice meals with a grocery store just a couple blocks away plus loads of restaurants, shops, and activities close by.

Amazing family vacation We were surrounded by family friendly vacationers and locals and Coronado is the gem of San Diego, unspoiled by homelessness as no homeless allowed in the area. The resort couldn’t have been more comfortable and perfect. The ocean is unfortunately often contaminated by Mexico’s sewage, so if you’re counting on swimming you’ll have to find beaches further north.

Beautiful Beach Stay Coronado The Coronado Beach Resort is such a beautiful property located in the majestical Coronado across the bridge from San Diego. The staff is kind, intelligent, compassionate, and fun. All of that makes for a very pleasant vacation. Great restaurants are right within walking distance, such as such as the Brigantine are crossing the street to the hotel Del Coronado. There’s live music offered Across the island, and I would suggest Babcock and Story on any Thursday, Friday or Saturday night, the islander on a Wednesday, or even McP’s on a Sunday !!! I Coronado Beach Resort also offers all the beach gear you might need and bikes that you can rent or take out for free to cruise around the island. I love this place, and I’ve been coming here for about 15 years!
