Not Happy with Tripadvisor or Hotel. This hotel is very dated. I booked through Tripadvisor and found out after the fact that I couldn't receive a refund for leaving a day earlier than originally booked. Additionally, the hotel charges you an extra $20/night to park in their lot. So, be sure to add $20 + taxes/fees per night to the room cost. Then, after deciding you don't like the hotel once entering your 1980s-era room, you may not get a refund for the following (unused) nights.

Absolutely Horrifying Fecal matter backing up in bathtub during our stay; no compensation by hotel. Clogged plumbing above and below room during our stay. Pool and patio area; unusable, closed during entire stay. Left telephone messages with the front-end manager, who did not return calls. General manager offered no compensation from our bill. This hotel is absolutely horrific.

I would stay again. I stayed at this hotel three nights. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.All of the staff were friendly. The location was by many restaurants and other local attractions. The breakfast area had a great view, and friendly staff. There was a variety of breakfast items included in the free buffet. Like many of the local hotels there is an additional charge for parking. (They do have a covered parking area.)

Exceeded expectations Convenient central location. Older property, but well maintained. Beds were super comfy. Bathroom was nicely updated. Excellent water pressure. Great full breakfast for the price point. Super views from my 10th floor room. Would stay again.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel! Our room was very clean and furniture was attractive. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was clean, well organized and staff ready to assist with any needs. Only negative was $20 fee to park vehicle which majority of hotels do not charge!!
