Enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a conference and really enjoyed our stay! Our rooms were clean and comfortable, especially the beds! The view from our balcony was beautiful! Customer service was good, from the front desk to the bellhops. Some minor issues: our dirty plates and cups were left in our rooms for a day. I was a little surprised to find them there the next day after housekeeping made our beds. Also, there were small, but visible, food stains on one of the beds (that we made) and we thought the sheets would get changed...they didn't. Other than those two minor blips, everything else was great!

Hotel We checked in and checked out within the hour. I usually complain but I just wanted to get out.... that says it all. It was disgusting, it smelled, dirty, just everything in there was bad. We had trouble with our key to get in our room.

Do you like nightmares??? Don’t bother or waste your time at the dump of a place they call a hotel! Pool is filthy, rooms are disgusting and dirty! Management is clueless. Housekeeping omg their a big mess on their own. Ghetto Hispanic woman who are RUDE and can’t clean worth a :())$. Worst nightmare ever!!! I was so embarrassed to even stay here. There should be a ranking of -10. Furnishing are old and kid you not lamps all have rust! Like what? Make sure you get a tetanus shot! I’m NOT JOKING! Most disgusting was finding a huge hunk of toothpaste in our sink. How embarrassing!

I’ll never back It was disgrace. We had very bad experience and will never for ever go back there. We reserved a room for 8 people and arrived there @ 2:30. Our room was not ready. It was normal and we went to the beach and came back @4:30 in order to check in. However check in time was @ 4 pm, but they checked us in @5:37. Room and bathroom was super dirty with germs on the bathroom door. There were no towel in the room and when we asked for towel they said “we are out of towel” can you believe that. I went to the office to complain about it when they found me angry they gave me the towels._ Breakfast was awful and the room service staff was so rude. When I asked to see manager she said “ I am manager”_ But the reception’s lady talked with me respectful when I was so angry. __ At all it doesn’t worth. Don’t spend your money there. The nightly price is like ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️hotel but the rooms and services are like “PRISON” I forgot to say the restroom in the lobby is open door! _ I mean you can not lock the door.

Terrible. The pool was dirty and cloudy. They were cleaning our room when we got there. When asked about the pool they were rude. Said its all the people bringing sand from beach. Lies. My mom and daughter got stuck in elevator and when they reported it. The girl who cleans the room rudely responded. All you need to do is push the button. Breakfast is just toast, cereal and cold coffee. No juice. Get this. As I am walking to front desk to ask what time check out was. The lady working the continental breakfast yells at my daughters and I. No food allowed in room and to sit down and eat it there. Mind you. No one had food. Only I was carrying a cup of coffee. It was so embarrassing. Then when asked if we could have a 30 minute late check out was told no because there was a situation in the lobby and they needed to get everyone out. Oh and wifi only works in lobby and 1st floor. Which we never got to work. I usually don't leave reviews but this one needs a change asap.
