Friendly and comfortable Customer service was great. The receptionist was very helpful and super friendly. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. AC worked really well. Parking was not a problem. We stayed here for a concert at the pacific amphitheater and it was within walking distance

Great Location Room 108 is new with a very clean kitchen. The location is super close (walkalble) to many restaurants. Although it is along Harbor Blvd., there is no traffic noise. Uber rides are $15 to$ 20 to Huntington Beach. The management is friendly each time, and let me check in very early.

Great value choice near the beaches My wife and I enjoyed the Costa Mesa Inn for a quick getaway weekend to the OC. Its location on Harbor Blvd is very convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores and serves as a “back way” access to the OC Fairgrounds. You also have easy access to the Newport Beach area, without paying Newport Beach prices. We in particular appreciated Room 129 which, like a few other units, has an extra half-room/dining area that includes a small dining table, kitchen sink, microwave, coffee maker and microwave oven. This hotel has comfortable beds, good A/C a nice TV and plenty of electrical outlets. The staff is friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is tidy and relaxing as you are set back a bit from busy Harbor Blvd. The rates are very reasonable and this would be an excellent choice for an extended stay in the area.

DISGUSTING HOTEL! SAVE YOUR MONEY. This place was extremely run down, musty, and disgusting. There were tweakers walking around the parking lot, room was infested with bugs, the carpet by the sink was soaking wet with an unknown liquid and the sheet/pillow cases were dirty. The person at the front desk was unpleasant and unhelpful. We didn’t even end up staying the night it was so disgusting. We left to find a last minute hotel up the road. DO NOT STAY HERE, spend extra $30 and stay somewhere worth your money.

Horrific Place--Costa Mesa OUT! Awful place. These people--employees, manager, owner--do not care one bit about their customers. We were without warm water for the first 3 of 4 nights we spent there! We complained repeatedly about the cold water in addition to missing blow dryer, iron, ironing board, radio/alarm clock, insufficient towels, coffee, etc. In one or both rooms in which we were so-called "guests"--we felt more like victims or prison inmates. Carpets were filthy and stained, shabby curtains, and the yuck list goes on. Pool empty and patio not taped off, totally unavailable, listed as "seasonal"--ha ha--what season is it filled & online? Don't believe the overall rating scores--read the individual reviews. Almost all are very bad. We wouldn't stay there again at any price, not even for free!
