Great location, Great Staff! Stayed here for (mostly) business and have to say it felt like a vacation. The property sits on a beautiful lake with tons of turtles and ducks that are entertaining to watch when taking a stroll around the area. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing, always willing to help despite some housekeeping precautionary restrictions due to covid. The hotel features an outdoor pool/hot tub and a fitness center with all of the equipment needed for a week's stay. Silver Trumpet restaurant was also fantastic. Mitch was our server and was more than helpful with his service and knowledge of the area. The property is in an "office park" but there's a Starbucks which is about a 5 minute walk, and South Coast Plaza is the same walk in the other direction. Rooms were very very VERY clean which was nice to experience. The pool was great but seems like it needs some attention. 1) The tiles need some scrubbing 2) the hot tub also needs some scrubbing and seemed to be over-filled. Given the current water situation I feel like this is a bad look when water is unnecessarily spilling over onto the pool deck. 3) Entered the pool by the stairs one night and the railing came out of the ground, which is a major hazard. All things considered, it was very nice overall but just some recommendations for management since it was literally the only thing that stuck out. Thank you Avenue of the Arts team for a great stay!

Excellent Location, Excellent service I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my Mom. Everybody was very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed staying here. This was my second time here and I am sure I will be back again soon. My Special thanks to Even, front desk supervisor for helping me with my reservation. I also like to thank Brian, Cassie and Andrew for being very helpful and accommodating. Hotel is nice and clean and centrally located. it is across the street from the South Cost Plaza and walking distance to Sub Zero showroom. I love to visit Sub Zero showroom since I am an interior designer and a food blogger. I love staying in this hotel and will be back again soon.

Great stay Every staff member I encountered at this hotel helped make my stay great. It’s not often I encounter such a well run hotel. The management at this hotel is extremely competent and it shows by the highly trained staff. I wish Marriott would use this hotel as a model of how all of its hotels should be run.

Fantastic Getaway We arrived to a lovely entry driveway and proceeded inside to check in. Greeted by two very friendly women who went out of their way to accommodate us. The lobby, the grounds and the public areas were clean and inviting. Our room (425) was fresh and clean with a large walk in shower and balcony that overlooked the lake and surrounding properties. The hotel and all of the employees that we encountered were just great. The hotel itself is within walking distance of a very large mall with many many different options for dining. It’s also just a short drive to Newport Beach, and we even drove PCH to Seal Beach for breakfast. If you are looking in this area, look no further.

Highly Recommend Really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. Staff was super friendly and on top of anything you need. Staff Welcomes You Upon Arrival. Hotel was clean and sanitized all around, and offered great amenities. The rooms are spacious and really nice views. Highly Recommend staying here
