Nice clean hotel. Great stay when traveling through the area. This hotel was very nice. We were greeted by a guest services attendant who was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bar/food server gave excellent service. The check-in and check-out process very easy. Thank you for making our post travel day relaxing.

Great place to stay Hotel stay was good. I want to give a shout out to Patrick! We had an issue with our bill and Patrick was very helpful!! Would definitely recommend staying here. Casino is next door so it was fun to visit. Also not far away from downtown Omaha, very easy to get to from the hotel.

Great stay! Amazing experience! Front desk service was incredible, Jason was so friendly and accommodating. I spend over 50% nights on road. He made me feel at home. Dee was great on check out, wanted to make sure my stay was great! Thank you for the great experience.

Trouble getting checkout right Checked in on Thursday with checkout on Monday.Friday late afternoon my keycard would not work. Went to the front desk and was told the room was out of order and I was a “no show”. Told them I already had stayed for a night.Finally got the key recoded.Sat afternoon housekeeping was at the door saying they had me as checking out that day. A call to the front desk got that taken care of. The room was very clean. A recent remodel really spruced up the place. It’s too bad with the remodel that they didn’t replace the windows. Several of the rooms I have stayed in there have large gaps in between the windows so if it’s windy it’s very loud and you can really hear the outside noise.

Good and bad Our room was clean and nicely done but we did have a few problems. There's a 3" gap in the shower door molding which resulted in a sopping wet floor every time we showered. The TV had no sound, the coffee maker left grounds in the cup and there were no wi-fi instructions. The scenery in room 501 was of the rooftop and Sapp Brothers truck stop. The bed was nice, closet was perfect, microwave worked, and the refrigerator was cold! Everyone was very pleasant.
