Great service by Sonny! Fantastic service by Sonny at the front desk! He is a credit to your organisation. I was welcomed with a warm smile and par excellence service. He assisted me with an early check in and did his best to accommodate my requests. I would recommend staying here.

Terrible experience at Double tree by Hilton Paradise Way Coventry. We held big event at Double tree by Hilton Paradise way on 01/11/24 , The event coordinator was very rude and had a bad attitude. Threatening not to allow us in as she thought we had not paid all the money. We had paid for a sit down meal but we were told that it was going to be a buffet and nothing could be done about that. All evidence was emailed to her however, she did not bother apologising on receipt . After begging them ,they agreed to give us a sit down meal but the food was very small portions , the service was very slow, some people got their food cold while others did not eat as they ran out of chicken remember this was paid per head . Gnochi was offered to those who didnt get chicken but they all couldn't eat it as it tasted awful and was not what they had paid for. This explains why they tried to change to a buffet in order to cause confusion. One person with a dietary requirement did not eat anything as they would only offer her Gnochi pasta even though she does not eat pasta as well. I tried to negotiate with Chef to at least give her ice cream but the chef told me me if she wanted Ice cream she should go and buy at the counter. The standard is way below Hilton standard. This is the second event that we have held an event there and i would not recommend or return there any time .

EVENT OF APPRECIATION HELD ON 1///11/2024 - food service, total sham /pathetic Attended recent event on 1/11/2024 (Group of 250 plus) where we had paid for a full sit down meal each. The meal service was so slow and when the food finally arrive, cold, tasteless, very pathetic and very small portion. A big let down to Hilton standards, even a road kiosk serves better food. Despite everyone having paid, some people missed food. I have been on many events here previously, I have had no issues, but this time, it was a total let down. It may be something to do with management, am not sure, but I will not be returning to Double Tree by Hilton, Coventry, anytime soon.

Can't Fault It We stayed here for one night as part of an event at the hotel. We stayed in room 231, overlooking the rear of the hotel. The room was a lovely size. New bed and mattress. Bathroom had a bath / shower. There was coffee and tea and a kettle in the room and randomly a small fridge. Other than the bathroom needing a deep clean to get rid of the black mold I can't fault anything about the room. We also had a 3 course meal as part of the event and it was lovely! This was our 2nd stay and much better than our first.

Great Food Read a few reviews online saying the food in the hotel restaurant wasn’t great. Was quite apprehensive prior to eating there. However I couldn’t have been further from the truth. The food for all of us was great, we all had 2 courses and there were no complaints at all, just compliments.
