Can't wait to come back! Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! The playroom gals (especially Leslie & Diane) were AMAZING with our kids (age 6, 8 and 10). The restaurants, Momo (Japanese), Bugambilias (Mexican--Ivan is the best!) and Flamingo (al fresco) were great. Snorkeling just past the pool felt safe and lots of fish. Amazing couples massages (Argelia & Narcedalia, WOW!!!), pedicures, manicures and facials... Enthusiastic activities crew, fun shows every night, perfect location for walking downtown/outside resort, and excellent bartenders all around. This was the perfect getaway for us. ❤️

Amazing staff! The staff is what made this hotel so pleasant to stay at. They were always very attentive in every aspect. Ivan from the Mexican restaurant was an amazing host! The only complaint I have is they close the swimming pool at 7pm. I would have liked it remain open later in the evening.

Wonderful Experience and Thank You to Andrea Berra for all your help and advice. The Palace has been wonderful as usual. The Entertainment is great, the Food is amazing and the Scenery is breathtaking. A special nod goes to Andrea Berra in Guest Services. She went above and beyond to help with our trip planning and explaining all the ins and outs of things.

Fantastic visit! Fantastic service and food! Julio and Ivan specifically were amazing servers and made sure we were taken care of and had the best experience. We always love Mexico and this trip was no different. The Palace was small, intimate and very relaxing.

GREAT experience at Cozumel Palace I cannot say enough good things about Cozumel Palace. The best part...the people! The food, pool, water, and food were excellent, but the service and the people we exceptional. Specifically, there are a few people that stood out to us. First, Lourdes in the spa did several of my massages and they were all excellent. If you go, ask for her! Jairo in the pool service area was attentive and we never had to wait for our drinks. He anticipated our every need. Ivan and Karina in the Mexican restaurant were friendly and went over and beyond helping us, especially with food recommendations and ensuring our every need was met. In the breakfast and lunch buffet, Silvia remembered our names every day and make us feel welcome. Also, Rocio was a great server and made great drinks for lunch in the buffet restaurant. Jesus was an unbelievable server at Momo and gave great food and beverage suggestions. Everything he recommended was delicious. We did the wine tasting, which I HIGHLY recommend. Joel was knowledgeable and friendly and I plan to do this again on our next trip. Alexander assisted him in serving our food during the tasting and did an excellent job. Lastly, the entertainment staff helped make our trip fun and exciting. Especially Moises. He went out of his way to talk to us, get to know us, and ensure we were having a great time. If you are looking for an all-inclusive in Cozumel, the Palace Resort is the place to go.
