InterContinental Presidente Cozumel Resort Spa by IHG

July 2024 Great resort. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very polite and accommodating. Very easy access to diving, beach and other water sports. Restaurants were reasonably priced. We will be back!

The best hotel on the island Very nice and well run hotel. There are a few (expenisve) restaurants with a very broad menu option. The dive group there is Scuba Du and they are great and pick up right at the dock here. The beaches are clean and the snorkeling off the beach is decent for a beach. The pools are great and the service and staff are great. Great for romantic getaway or families.

Good times even with a hurricane !! We came to Cozumel for my sister in laws birthday , we had a beautiful walk out oceanfront suite - the rooms/ views etc were wonderful. Room was a good size and had everything we needed. They even left a slice of birthday cake for my sister in law and card which she loved !! thank you. The beach is small but lovely it was fairly quiet when we were there but we like that a lot. We did a cabana one day and it was a lovely treat. Breakfast buffet was huge the only thing missing was hot oatmeal wish they had oatmeal but otherwise good. All the meals we had there were good a little expensive but good. There are no restaurants with walking distance from this resort that we found or knew of. We did take a taxi into town one day to eat. We were there during the hurricane the staff worked relentlessly to get premises prepared, days before they kept us informed, instructed us of safety measures and reassured we would be kept safe and taken care of. During the morning before Beryl, we were relocated from our oceanfront room which we were bummed about but totally understand we were moved to another room and a rollaway bed bought in we were provided with food, water and snacks for the night in our rooms, we were under curfew and in the morning provided breakfast. Staff was fantastic all smiles and helpful through it all and even in the morning after, the manager also fantastic he came and spoke to us to answer any questions. The next morning united cancelled our flights , so we switched to southwest - the hotel provided transportation to the airport. All the staff were wonderful- so well organized and well run- Thank you for keeping us safe. We are def going back !!!

Fantastic!!! Just returned from a trip with my wife and 8 year old daughter. I've wanted to introduce my daughter to snorkeling for years and this seemed like the perfect spot to wade into the water and put her mask in, progress depending on her comfort level. She absolutely loved it as did my wife and I. Renting gear was super convenient and they also have kayaks, jet skis, and diving tours available. The pool is also nice, and they have a "tranquility pool" only for adults who want a quiet space. This resort has a nice small beach which is relatively quiet, a stark and refreshing contrast to places where chairs are stacked 5 deep along the beach. Our room was spacious and modern with AC unit that worked extremely well. Food at the resort was top notch but not cheap. Hotel staff were truly wonderful. I hope to return and highly recommend.

Perfect vacation Beach access room was very nice and convenient. We especialy enjoyed the ocean cabana rental. Small, beautiful beach. Restaurants El Caribeno breakfast buffet, Faro Blanco Le Cap were wonderful. This trip was our second time there, and we will be back. Scuba Du private boat rental was fabulous
