Peaceful time The adults only resort was nice. There was so much to offer. We weren't premier members but were treated like it. Husband and I never left the resort or did any excursions, we enjoyed our time. Beds were comfortable and clean. Rooms were perfect temperature. Refrigerator was stocked.

Ok Enough The location is great, the beach is beautiful, but the resort could use some work. Nothing really felt clean. I don’t feel it was worth paying up for the preferred package; there is nothing included to make you feel special or exclusive. Our check-in would have been faster if we had used the main desk instead of the preferred desk. The preferred pool area was dirty most of our trip with food on the ground, tables and chairs. It was never cleaned up or hosed off in the five days I was there. Lots of pool options, though, so we just found a new place to sit. We also had food rotting on the ground in the stairwell of villa six for our five day stay. The snacks in the preferred lounge are average so nothing special there and not much to report as far as entertainment goes. If you are looking for a nice, quiet and relaxing vacation, this is a good resort but the grounds of the resort could definitely use a better cleaning crew. Make sure the men pack a pair of pants so that you can eat at Bordeaux. We had dinner there twice, and it was the highlight of our trip. I would recommend this resort, but with the caveat you keep your expectations low.

Not worth it So, we paid over $300 pr night to stay here, and they had the nerve to charge us $10 per person (extra) to... walk down their pier and get on our dive boat. I complained, a lot.... they did not care. So, next morning, I went to pay the $20 fee for the two of us to use the pier, and she says, good news, there is no fee today. ????? Also, very push when you check in trying to get you to join their time-share , will not take no for an answer, until they here it multiple times. The grass by our room was 10-12 inches tall. We were on the 3rd floor, and the stairs were covered in limbs, leaves etc. the entire time we were there. LOTS of room for improvement here. I gave them one star only because I couldn't figure out how to give them 0 stars

One and Done Minimal food choices, and the quality was well below average. No poolside service. The resort was maybe 35-45% capacity but they still failed impress. I got the feeling most of the staff were not happy to be there.

Poor food quality and quantity The food sucked at every restaurant. No entertainment. Pool and beach area was boring. Pretty much everyone we met complained about the same thing, being hungry and bored!
