Exceptional service The staff and facilities were very nice! We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. The room rates were reasonable for the rooms we stayed in.
We needed to switch rooms after our first night and the customer service representative was most helpful in assisting us make the move giving us two options, one which saved us more money!!

Average We stayed for one night at the Best Western in late July. The hotel front desk staff was very nice. We had a room on the first floor overlooking the parking lot. The room itself was fine: spacious and typical of the brand. The furnishings were new and in good condition. The beds were not comfortable, too soft and bouncy.
The main problem we had was the noise: A/C in the wall is pretty loud but I suppose typical of a wall mounted unit; the guests in the hotel were in and out of their rooms late into the night, slamming doors every few minutes. Not really the hotel's fault, but still effected our stay.

Clean, nice staff. Not worth the price though. The room was very clean and comfortable. All things worked properly in the room. However, considering the cost of our stay the $10 charge for a crib was sort of ridiculous. Also, with how much the room cost not having a basic breakfast included was very disappointing. The elevator broke down during our stay which made things difficult having small children, strollers, etc. Family that stayed at a hotel down the street spent $100 less a night and had a full included breakfast.
The room/hotel was clean and the staff was great. However we will not be staying here again. The cost simply isn’t justified.

Great Staff, Modern Clean Rooms This was our second time staying here in the last 3 months. O’Neil at the front desk remembered us and once again provided a great check-in experience. The rooms are updated and modern, and most importantly, extremely clean. We were in room 202 this trip, which had two twin beds in a separate room as well as a beautiful full kitchen. Perfect for a travelling family. Highly recommend and will be staying here again.

Nice hotel, conveniently located. I do a lot of travelling in the east Kootenays and this hotel is always the one I choose as my base point. The rooms are always nicely maintained, it’s conveniently located, and all the staff are extremely welcoming.
