Just a place to stay It was an average hotel. Definitely one of the older and more run down places we have stayed in during our 10 day trip. You have to go through a courtyard to get to your rooms. Breakfast was average and not well maintained. We would find someplace else if we came back to the area.

Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else! One plus - check in clerk was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that is the only positive. Do yourself a favor and choose another hotel! Room wreaked of bleach, yet the floor was filthy. Mattress needs to be replaced. Toilet flushes every time the room next door or below uses the plumbing. No water pressure. Coffee pot was filthy! Sign out front, and website say you have HBO, yet the TV doesn’t have the channel available. Bugs in the room, sink did not drain, no water pressure in the shower, hair in the towels and on the floor, stains on the walls, noise from the surrounding rooms is terrible, grounds are not being kept up, take the can of paint away from maintenance and spend money to replace the old broken items. Stayed two nights, not more than 4 hours of sleep each night. After being awoken at 3:30 am on the second night we just got up and left. Tried to check out when leaving, the desk agent was no where to be found. Grounds are just as disappointing as the room. Terrible experience.

IF 0/10 WERE POSSIBLE THIS IS IT If zero was an option I would give this location zero stars. Borderline traumatizing experience, awful service, disgusting room, unkept grounds, a minimum of 4 code violations. We reserved a downstairs rooms, as my partner is disabled and they have no elevator or ramp to accommodate the other-abled. They gave us upstairs. I asked for a downstairs in person, they said they were full, "oh well", I said we will find other accommodations. Like magic they found another room downstairs that happened to be just what we were looking for. Upon entering the room we were met with a gust of the strongest bleach chemical stink you can imagine causing intermediate headache. Next we were greeted with a list of added expenses if anything was to go missing, which clued is in as to what kind of clientele they're accustom to. I turned on the air conditioner and had the door open to vent it out. As I walked around the bed I slipped in a puddle of who knows what, the slide was cut short by garbage on the floor. There were dead bugs crushed on the wall, mold and mildew in every corner and crevice, everything was rusted covered in dust and there was pubic hair on the nightstand, as I sat on the bed the fitted sheet popped off the corner, there was no mattress cover, the mattress was stained and filthy, the door had been kicked in a few times, they crudely screwed a piece of wood onto the door and added a lock to it, every inch of this room felt disgusting, every wall and piece of furniture had damage cracks chips and peeling paint, we left immediately to find other accommodations, we were in the room a grand total of 10 minutes. The manager working said that he would give us a full refund and apologized, he said that it would take a few days to post, it never did so we called in, he refused to give us a refund as we had cancelled mid-stay, we reminded him of the situation, and he still refused, we called Choice Hotels, they said he reported us as having stayed the duration and there was nothing they could do. 20 years of being a loyal customer and that's what we got. Luckily I took pictures of everything, I didn't want to be blamed for a thing or charged extra for their filth.

Needs to upgrade their TV and WiFi The place is a bit run down, but more importantly, the amenities don't meet modern standards. The channel guide on the TV shows the stations, but not what's playing. I have to go to TV Guide online to see what's on. The internet was intermittent, after they rebooted it it running extremely slowly. The desk clerk said there is nothing that can be done until tomorrow morning. In the mean time I don't have useable WiFi for the rest of my stay.

Friendly staff, convenient location. Adequate room close to restaurants and convenient to visiting nearby attractions. The bathroom setup was kind of awkward, but it got the job done. The breakfast was average, and the breakfast area was kind of small. There is coffee and tea available all day. I almost gave the hotel 4 stars because the staff was welcoming and accommodating. If in the area again, we would have no problem staying there.
