Holly Holly's exceptional service and warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests create a welcoming atmosphere. A true asset to the hotel, highly recommended! She is the best I swear she is.

Simply the Best Best experience ever! I spoke with Cybil on the phone and she was a beautiful soul! She reassured, answered my questions, was kind, caring and did not rush. She made me feel welcomed, and went above and beyond!! The hotel is clean and inviting. Come stay here when passing by! _ Thank you Cybil for being you!!!!

Best in area This is one of the nicest in the Choice Hotel chain that we have ever experienced. From check in to our whole 3 night stay the staff was wonderful, great outdoor pool area, fantastic breakfast with a plethora of choices plus the rooms, lobby and hallways are extremely clean. Only drawback was we had to ask for more towels. Housekeeping did not automatically offer any but we will come back when in the area. Book on choice hotel sites. As a member you will receive a much better rate than if you contact the property directly.

Best Hotel Ever! I stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Crestview FL. for 3 nights every month. The whole Staff, especially Holly, Candace, Christy, & Summer are the absolute best! They go the extra mile for guest comfort & keep the property well maintained! One morning, Christy made her own recipe of Peach French Toast Casserole! This was absolutely scrumptious! Choice Hotels needs to include this item in all their chains & pay Christy for the rights of the recipe. She had peaches left over, & used those to make me & my family a Peach Cobbler. The cobbler was absolutely scrumptious! What other hotel makes a guest their own cobbler? We had our grandkids with us & Summer asked if we would be going to the pool that morning. We said no, but will this afternoon. She was asking because she needed to add pool chemicals but wanted to wait if the kids were planning to swim. The next day Summer was replacing the pool table umbrellas with new ones. I can tell that the franchise owner & staff take pride in keeping their facilities well maintained, updated, & modern!

Best stay ever I have to say this was an amazing trip. The hotel is very nice all the staff are wonderful and go out of their way to help you. The breakfast tasted like a home cooked meal. I have to say if you come to Crestview you have to stay at the comfort inn. Thank you again to Becky, Candace, Holly, Christy, kenji, Nikki, Margo, Klaudia, Connie, Megan, tamela, Jennifer, Jeremy, summer, Aden, Bryce, Jade, amy, Sicily, Valerie.
