Good enough stay for one night in crockett! This hotel I Crockett was pretty nice. The staff was really polite and nice. The hotel looked pretty recently updated with paint and carpeting etc. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. I would stay there again. It's also well located. Very easy to find.

Excellent one night stay. I had a really positive experience at this property for the one night I stayed there. The hotel appears to be well-managed and the staff professional and friendly. My room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was standard for this type of hotel but the food was tasty and the area clean. I did use the exercise room which is small but all of the equipment worked. There are a few cosmetic type issues such as paint carpet but nothing major and it was obvious attention was often given to those types of issues.

Girls Trip 2024 Girls Trip2024! Today we drove 650 miles and was ready to find a place to lay our heads for the night. We felt like queens as we entered our room. We had a king size room suite with two king beds and a large bathroom. The beds were so comfortable and the room was super CLEAN! The front desk staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the early morning pool time to get my exercise in for the day. Great breakfast too. Give them a try.

About Average My husband and I stayed overnight in a King Suite with a jacuzzi tub. Pros: Tub was nice and the water was hot. Bed and TV were decent. The price $207.62 (includes taxes) didn’t seem too horribly high. Older hotel but clean. Cons: Fish Tank in foyer needed cleaning and fish didn’t seem too happy. The “breakfast” wasn’t but sausage and small white egg (no yolk) omelette. Lighting in bathroom was not good at all. No heat in the bathroom. Overview: Would I stay there again? Considering what you have to choose from in that area, probably.

Extremely rude staff I recently stayed at this property and upon checkout was unable to interact with a staff member. After a return call to the property in order to obtain a receipt, I was intentionally hung up on and argued with. The staff and GM Sabrina also insulted me calling me spoiled because I could not get what I asked for, which was a receipt. Ridiculous! I will never stay at this property again. Terrible. These employees have no concept of customer service but r proper behavior. Stay away from here!!
