Business Stay Loved the nearby walking trail, 4 mile loop with nice view, good challenge. Very clean and comfortable, rooms new, great art. Gustin was great and whole staff was good to deal with. Visited for business event, good facility overall. Easy walk to the mall.

Goodproperty Very nice hotel, comfortable, and convenient to LAX. The desk staff was very efficient and helpful. Only one complaint, our room was on first floor, the nearest ice machine located on second floor was out of service. The valet parking was efficient

Great Quick trip spot! We were greeted by Gustin, who went above and beyond to make our experience absolutely wonderful! He set the tone for a blissful stay. Much appreciated! The bed was cozy, the restaurant was great the next morning, and we had such a seamless checkin with such kindness (he's a keeper)! Special thanks to Gustin!

Expect Disappointment if Looking for Service and Value My brief stay at the Hilton in Culver City rates possibly as one of the worst experiences in hotel stays I've ever had, and I've traveled extensively, both domestically and internationally. Despite charging rates that are not considered inexpensive, there's a constant nickel and diming atmosphere at every turn, both explicit and implicit: $20 per night for a microwave oven in your room, $47/day valet-only parking, ice bucket filled only by the bartender, a $34 breakfast buffet in which only the waiter can fetch your coffee, milk or juice, etc. I should have stayed at the Embassy Suites like before. And then there's the housekeeping. After a long day of activities, I returned to my room to find little change from when I left in the morning. While the beds were made and new towels were left, that was all that was done, despite my having left a tip: room garbage can not emptied, ice bucket untouched and still filled with melted ice from last night, no coffee cups or glasses replenished, and the table top remained sticky as it was not wiped. Judging from the reviews, it's common practice here. I had expressly asked the housekeeper in the morning to leave a "Do Not Disturb" sign in the inside of my room door, as the one I had placed on the outside was taken. If you guessed I found no sign, then you understand how low is the quality of service in this hotel. Not even a direct request to a housekeeper solved this minor issue. I have received much better service and value while staying in other hotels costing less than half what I paid the Hilton at Culver City for the privilege of being disrespected. I am at a loss to comprehend how poorly run this hotel is, compared to earlier experiences at other Hilton properties in years past. I will no longer stay at any Hilton property then.

Not the best experience unfortunately…. We booked 2 rooms for myself, my husband and our teenage boys. Our room wasn’t made up on the day before we were leaving, also the previous day to this the coffee/tea/cups and stirrers weren’t replenished. They also placed a holding deposit of $75 per night per room on my card in addition to the cost of the room… a little annoyed about this as it doesn’t say this charge is applicable in any information on booking.com through which I booked these 2 rooms for 5 nights.. this totals $750 on top of the $2706.54 we paid for the rooms. I’ve been told the$750 will be paid back in 3-5 working days after departure. This is really not very acceptable….
