Weekend in Cypress Nice location. Plenty of good places to eat in walking distance. Breakfast fresh, hot and tasty every morning.

As good as always This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. I enjoy being able to visit with my family while I am in town. It is truly like having a home away from home. Thank you!

Dirty and overrated Compared to other Hyatt locations this was very disappointing of a stay. We have stayed at the same brand many other places and felt it was not a good use of our money and points. The fact that parking also was charged and not clear during check in on the app was confusing and could have led to my car being towed.

Perfect location. Excellent breakfast. Bathroom location not very good though. This hotel is at a perfect location, convenient for Disneyland and other parks in the area and also close to good restaurants and supermarkets. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with decent choices, including steamed rice and miso soup. Parking is plenty. However, our family of six were not very happy with the room setup. We got a one bedroom apartment which has a bathroom inside the bedroom,and the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom but inside the bedroom. This setup easily disturbs sleep for everyone. We asked to change room but were told that all the apartments have that setup. Our room was not on the pool side, but we stayed there for three nights but we didn't have good sleep due to that bathroom setup, plus the old fridge was making very loud noises. We won't be returning.
