A bit of improvement needed It is a nice location, rooms are very clean and comfortable and the price is good. A coffee pot in the room would be good and a larger selection of breakfast items would help alot.

Good Prices and Clean, Quiet Rooms This hotel is always very accommodating and reasonably priced. It's also nice that if you get a late check out after late check out is over...they don't keep your entire deposit! They deduct $15 for every 30 minutes you don't check out after 11:30 am.

Cons. Outweigh pros The rooms are clean. They look like they've been newly renovated on the inside. The outside looks pretty ghetto. Entering in I automatically thought this to be a druggie hotel. It says on booking that there is no more cash needed. No more money needed when you arrive. Yet there was a required $50 deposit in cash. It's advertised as a breakfast included. When I arrived she told me that their breakfast is a pastry and coffee. That is not a breakfast. I'm allergic to wheat and I don't eat junk food. The blow dryer didn't work. It smelled like fire and didn't even blow air. When I told the lady she accused me of tampering with it. There's not a coffee/tea maker inside the room at all. There were some drunk men that were walking and talking very loudly back and forth from the vehicle to their room. But the rooms are clean. At least mine was. The lady at the front desk was efficient but not friendly. A lot of the world seems to be like that now where they just have basic business interaction with out being friendly or social.

Worst place ever The place and service was terrible I received a call at 5:50pm asking about what time we were planning on checking in then when we arrived at 9pm they said they had no accessible rooms even though we had reserved an accessible room. The lady said she would give us a refund for the room . She “found “ an accessible room that had a small leak in the bathroom and we decided to take it since it was already late. On the last night we came back to the room and the restroom was flooded with water. We informed the front desk and they gave us extra towels to dry it ourselves. She then proceeded to tell us that the room was supposed to be fixed but because we were occupying the room they couldn’t fix it. The room also started to smell moldy and the toilet sounded like it was about to overflow and bubbling . Also, they said it was a $50 cash deposit or they would hold onto our Drivers license

Amazing All Around Cleanliness was perfect. Everything from bed to space was perfect. Bathroom was very clean-water pressure was really good. Staff made you feel welcome and wanting to come back, and the location was perfect near restaurants and shopping centers. Really love the affordability of this location. You definitely get your money’s worth.
