I had fun… Crystal and Jamya were such excellent CSR’s that I would come back just to hang out with these two women. They were wonderful and so on it with every request we made. Rooms were okay but it was so close to Kessler AFB, made it an easy choice to stay. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Great stay !!! I have stayed at this hotel many times and never have disappointed. The staff is always great and the rooms clean and comfortable. I definitely highly recommend and so do not hesitate booking this hotel !!!

Disappointed We used rewards points for a two night stay. We decided to use D’Iberville as our base for day trips in the area(New Orleans). There was a mixup with the rooms when we arrived. Room was not stocked for two people. Not enough wash clothes or bar soap. TV was subpar. Breakfast was not included.

Excellent, Clean, and Safe The Courtyard is typical for this brand, which is a positive statement. Rooms were clean, and clearly sanitized. I like a cold room to sleep, and the AC worked great. Breakfast was good, as was the service. Only challenge was it is very close to the interstate, and I heard a lot of traffic noise during the night.

Convenient to I-10 Located right off I-10 with plenty of restaurants either in walking distance or a quick drive. There is a poppa John’s in walking distance if you want to just eat in your room and a delicious frozen custard, Bop’s for dessert, which too is in walking distance. The famous Whataburger is pretty close but will require a short drive. The front desk service was quick, friendly and they even called up to the room to make sure all was to our liking. Checking in via our phone was pretty useless. You still have to go to the front desk to show a valid form of ID so why not have them do it all? Our room was right by the elevator and surprisingly was pretty quiet. There were a few incidents with kids running down the hall but after 9 all was quiet. The room was clean, wipes were provided if you felt the need to clean anything else, room had a couch that pulled out to a bed and gave the room a lot of room to spread out. Toiletries were provided too but no lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was a towelette too for makeup remover. Been awhile since I have stayed at a hotel close to the highway so there is noise from trucks driving by now and then. They do have a small breakfast menu in the lobby starting at 6 AM and Starbucks coffee. If you want a real sit down breakfast, there is a IHOP across the street from the hotel. Met our needs perfectly but a bit pricey for just a hotel off the highway.
