Pleasant experience ☺️ Keep up the good work, Jenalyn! Currently on our 3rd night of 4 night stay. Check in was easy. Our room is clean and service is prompt. 5 minutes walk to Resorts World; Subway, Starbucks and Lawson .Room attendant Jenalyn Bolano is exceptional and very pleasant. Thank you!

Andre is a gem! Andre Santos is the best bartender ever! Truly made us feel at home. We travel often, and very rarely have someone go out of their way to make sure we have the best and most comfortable experience yet. Andre is reason enough to stay at this hotel! 15/10 recommend.

Worst hotel experience. We were excited to stay at this hotel bc of its history &pics online. It wasn’t until after we arrived were we told the hotel restaurant bar/grill was closed. The rooms were pitiful. Our tailgate was stolen in the parking lot that night. The hotel management & owners wrote & signed a letter right then and there stating they would file it on their property insurance since there were NO cameras on property, but ‘they have parking lot security through the night.’ A security guard must’ve needed a new tailgate or to make some money on the resell of our King Ranch tailgate. We have reached out for months with ZERO follow through. I will tell everyone about the AWFUL experience at this overrated hotel that has gone to complete crap. Not to mention it’s poor location.

Real Let Down! I had really great expectations for this hotel...growing up in and around Dallas, this was a part of town I would never go to after dark...now new apartments and shopping all around. The place is cool retro on the outside and could have been very cool inside if someone had not been so cheap. My room was dreadful...clean but dreadfully boring...someone forgot to tell them that beige walls went out in the 70's. Solid brown carpeting and beige walls...and only 2 little pictures over the bed. The furniture was, from what I could tell, just old hotel furniture painted brown with the really ugly brown carpeting. The bath was clean and looked to be new tile, which was fine until you see paint peeling off the bottom of the bathtub. Just wood blinds on the window...and no blackout drapes to block early sun. I love wood blinds but as part of a complete window treatment that includes drapery. There is so much potential for this hotel and to go cheap and tacky just invites poor reviews. It was billed as a place for artists...well I have been an artist with many film credits for over 40 years, and I don't know any artists that would love staying here. I have to say, Motel 6 has better decor that here. On top of that the bed was not secured to the wall, so every time I would roll over the headboard would bang against the wall, I can just imagine what that sounded like in the next room. No charging outlets or plugs on the nightstand. As a decorator with years of decorating sets, the room looked like a room where a hooker might bring her tricks. What I would consider a $50 a night room...and trust me I traveled a lot and stay in lots of hotels around the world. Then there was the blatant false advertising on their website offering stay 2 nights and the 3rd one was on them...I'm so thankful they did not stand behind that advertising because I could not have spent another night in that room....So much potential....such a shame...It does have Great views of Downtown Dallas from outside and I guess from some rooms...not mine...Not worth $150 per night...Please decorate!!!
