Best Western Plus Addison/Dallas Hotel

Good Hotel in a Safe Location We needed somewhere to go after recent storms knocked out electricity not on vacation so I spent a lot of time in the hotel. The staff was friendly, room was clean, everything was in working order, no issues working remotely with the internet, and we didn't have any major issues. It is near a small airport. We stayed for 3 days and only heard 1-3 planes per day during the day while staying on the upper floor.

Bad 36th anniversary experience. I want to bring to your attention some issues I experienced during my stay at your hotel. The hotel itself is comfortable, but it feels a bit outdated. The air conditioning in my room was quite noisy, which was disruptive. I went down to have breakfast at 8:30 am and found that there was no food left. The breakfast was supposed to be available until 9 am, but there were no eggs, sausage, bacon, or bagels left. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she seemed to argue about the availability of breakfast and mentioned reviewing the security cameras. I didn't ask for a refund, but I expected the manager to take ownership of the problem and provide an apology. When I asked for the manager's name (Shameeka), she suddenly became concerned and wanted to know how she could make things right. However, at that point, it felt too late. I felt that she treated my wife and me as though we were being dishonest. If she had taken ownership of the problem and expressed an apology and a promise to rectify the situation, I would have been satisfied. However, because she did not, I feel compelled to escalate this complaint to the corporate office so that she can receive additional management training. I made a poor choice for our 36th wedding anniversary.

Nice three day stay Came in after a long drive and was pleasantly greeting. I was able to sleep and recuperate my energy..

Disappointed stay!!! I’m a diamond member of BW, but the stay at this hotel treated me like 2 pennies!!! The hotel is in a excellent location, but what’s in the hotel is terrible, I will never stay at this hotel for nothing…

Great motel Have used BestWestern hotels for several years, while traveling frequently to the U.S. Always found there was a warm welcome and good service from all of the hotel chains. My company ( T.I. ) used to use the BestWestern hotels, when they had training courses or conferences. The year 1978 was my first experience staying at BestWestern in Dallas N.E. and I was very pleased with the accommodations and services provided.
