Comfort Inn-Stemming Fwy Dallas The power went out so I woke up uncomfortable & late. Very old looking with chipped paint & stained carpets. Some updates but they are superficial. Experienced a bad interaction with front desk staff/customer service about unclear wi-fi instructions for access. Person didn't listen to me, assumed they knew what I was referring to and told me I wasn't understanding. Hung up on.me & claimed they didn't.

Loud traffic noise all night long. Ad shows that they have a shuttle from airport - was told, no shuttle. Was on the ,3rd floor and someone must be staying long term up there, the garlic smells in the hallway were horrible. The hotel is right by the highway and it was the loudest place I have ever stayed. The loud traffic noise continued all night long. The bathroom could stand some extra work with more cleaning and some touch up repairs. There was a breakfast with waffle mix, scrambled eggs and sausage.

It’s a no-tell hotel. That’s not listed on the website. For shame. Yeah. This is a straight up no-tell motel. Seriously. Hookers out front 24/7. I feel like I sound like a crazy person, but I’m not exaggerating and I’m not crazy. The parking lot is packed with running cars all night. Needles and clothing in the parking lots. Plus, the quiet desk clerk with the salt and pepper hair turned out to be the worst customer service rep I’ve ever encountered. The only elevator has been broken for years. There aren’t any amenities so don’t believe the website. They don’t clean the rooms during your stay. The hallways had food and trash collected in the corners of the torn carpets. The room was fine. Weird.

Clean but too expensive for what it was. It wasn't the best place I ever stayed, but it definitely wasn't the worst. Adequate would be the word, I guess. I believe it was kinda expensive for what it was. I've stayed in better places than that for less money. Anyway, it was "ok" that's why only 3 stars. At least it was relatively clean.

Great Experience This is really a great hotel. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable.***** Will stay here on my next trip to Dallas
