Okay Hotel, Terrible Manager; If Planning ahead, go elsewhere Middle of the road experience; no amenities. Website indicates you can enter code for breakfast when booking but staff won’t honornit when you arrive so you must pay; Travis has the worst customer service skills and his hauty attitude coupled with slow response to needs left much to be desired. I don’t plan to return; if you need a bed for a late night, leave early trip, this place is fine; otherwise, go elsewhere.

Not recommend I have learned sonesta is wore out locations that ihg or meriott have no desire to manage. Especially central experience market center especially suits, the property owners own 35 percent of sonesta. Granted they still do have fine hotels just be cautious, this one is in desire need of remodeling, and book with points I had a week worth now on dnr list.

Dirty and unsafe! This hotel is NOT anything like on their website. Its DIRTY, completely outdated, and the area extremely unsafe area. Also, the room was extremely Small. Management was rude when I expressed my concerns about the uncleanliness. I tried to cancel my reservation and just wanted to pay the one night stay, but they wouldn't refund me my rest of my stay. We left anyway and found better accommodations as it was just not worth my family safety staying at Sonesta.

Excellent Customer Service and Stay! I want to leave a comment of how thankful and grateful I was to check in at the Sonesta Select Expressway Hotel in Dallas after I experienced a very stressful flight into Dallas that evening of February 23, 2024. After I arrived extremely late to check in, I was warmly greeted by Jose? who was so kind and patient in accommodating me after hours. Once I got to my room, I opened the door to see exactly what I had asked for - A very clean King size room. This was such a blessing to me. Once I got settled, I quickly showered and got ready for bed so that I could relax on my bed and watch a movie. Superb!

Overnight so one and done Hotel was simple, clean, and appeared well maintained. Neighborhood was a little less desirable. Amenities in lobby were closed so no ability for a good cup of coffee and not much left in “lobby grocery area” to pick from. Staff was pleasant but maybe a bit understaffed. Overall, fine for a quick overnight stay.
