Margarita Ball 2024 I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The customer service was pleasant & helpful. They took care of my request quickly & were always smiling when they greeted me. I have no complaints about my stay here, & I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Thank you to the staff for such a lovely stay.

God location and staff, needs an update. The check in was smooth and fast. Staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is dated and rooms and public areas could do with an update, some if the wall and floor coverings are well past their best. For me the location is perfect: about a 10-12 minute walk from the convention center. Room amenities are pretty standard - the Keurig was an unexpected bonus. Bathroom was spotless. I was able to leave a sign on the door to have my room made up every day. Only real negative was the wifi which is “open” so no password required but the speed and connection were very poor. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Stay here at your peril Having traveled over 28 States and stayed in hundreds of hotels, this had to to be the worst Ive ever stayed in. First room had no AC working, changed rooms to find soaking wet carpet that smelt terrible. The parking garage barrier arm broke twice trapping us in the garage. The staff were rude and belligerent!

Best Stay In Dallas!!! The hotel was perfect, Anna and John at the front desk were amazing!!! I would definitely come back!!! I loved how everything I needed was in walking distance, food, bars, conscience stores, my conference, everything. For my first time here I enjoyed it!

Needs a facelift This hotel is very close to West Park Dart station, we arrived at night after a Dart journey that made us feel uncomfortable a feeling that continued as we approached the hotel with a number of homeless people congregated in the bus stop area behind it. Check in was fine and the staff helpful. The room had clearly had a leak, probably AC related, and there was a large water stain on the carpet, we later found it was still damp in some of the corners. The AC was noisy even when switched off and would only operate on full blast when on, ot then developed a noise like a distant pneumatic drill. The balcony doors were single glazed and rickety and kept out only minimal noise. The bed was on a frame for a bigger bed so there were 3 x 4 inch pieces of metal sticking out along the one side, fortunately no accidents. The actual decor and furniture was nice and the shower was really good. Bed was comfy even if I needed a springboard to get on it. Location of the hotel was probably fine for business users who seemed the majority of the clientele and handy for Deeley Plaza/JFK stuff for tourists. Some info in the rooms about Dallas and even what's on offer in the hotel would be useful. Room was serviced intermittently.
