Great location Diamond member stayed overnight at this Hilton to attend Medieval Times. The front desk people were very kind and greeted me with a warm cookie! . Room was clean and comfy. Big shout out to John Michael the shuttle driver. He made extra trips to get us all picked up and even took me out of the way for fast food.

Convenient stay for Dallas Market Center Did a quick two night stay here for a recent business trip. The hotel was closely located to the Dallas Market Center and my room was spacious enough and comfortable. Bathrooms are a bit outdated, but my bed was so comfortable. I fell asleep immediately when my head hit the pillow. Jon who arranges and drives the shuttle was fantastic. Appreciate him greatly. Gym was fine enough for a quick 45 minute morning workout and room service was quick enough. No complaints really!

Nice public space but rooms are tired I paid a little extra for the 'mini suite', the first room I was given the cold water tap in the bathroom did not yield any water when turned on. I was given another room. The rooms here are tired, the ceilings are low in the closet and bathroom and it's in need of a remodel. The public area have clearly had a very nice refresh and the staff is very friendly, but I wouldn't recommend until the rooms have been updated.

Wonderful! Very nice hotel and very nice employees! The room was wonderful and loved the awesome water pressure!We sat at the bar for a couple of drinks and the bartender, she was very friendly. Couldn’t have had a better experience! The next time we are in Dallas we will definitely stay here!

Top notch service! Wow! The world could use more staff like this hotel. Service was exceptional! Maria and Estefany were so kind, smiley and look like they were enjoying their work. The restaurant food and service was top notch quality. The service desk was always smiling and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom could use an update for sure. I would stay here again because of the service and staff! Carolyn from Kansas
