Great for Business Meetings Recently stayed at Hyatt DFW and was super impressed with their setup for meetings. They have a great product and the ease of in and out - from arrival to departure was excellent. I highly recommend hosting business meetings at the Hyatt DFW - especially if you have people coming in from all over the country.

Wonderful place to stay This is the hotel we stay at when we need to overnight at DFW before catching an international flight the following day. The rooms are large and comfortable, the gym is excellent, and the food at the restaurant is really good: my husband and I are vegetarians and there is always something tasty for us to eat. The location in Terminal D is perfect too, since that's where the international flights leave from. And the staff are fabulous - really friendly and really helpful. We shall be back.

Great Hotel Practically Within The Airport I had to spend the evening at the airport due to a cancelled flight and preferred to stay as close as I could to be able to sleep in as long as I could. This hotel was the perfect location because you can just leave the property and be right at the entrance of the security checkpoint. I mostly wanted to leave a review in regards to the wonderful and kind staff. Every interaction that I had with a team member was with kindness and hospitality. I witnessed the front desk even go out of their way to get a little treat and toy for a young child who came with their mother on a late evening. What a great way to acknowledge the possible challenges that mother had to endure to travel with a young son during that late evening. I also witnessed the restaurant manager interacting so positively with the patrons and their own employees. I appreciate a place where people enjoy their jobs and it shows it.

Unexpected layover was positive An unexpected flight delay of nine hours is usually an unwelcome event. But booking the Grand Hyatt at DFW turned what would have been a bad situation, positive! Check in was great, the pool on the roof was a bonus, and dinner at the bar was a treat, meeting other travelers in a similar situation. I will return!

Convenient and clean location Great hotel very conveniently located near American airlines terminal. We had missed our connection coming home from Rome and were able to get a nicely appointed room within 24 hours. Cohen at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We appreciated the 24 hour room service and the bar being open late.
