NOT THE RELAXING WEEKEND WE WERE PLANNING ON The trip was a disappointment from the moment we walked in. Check in time is 4pm. There was one girl at the front desk and the line was nine people deep. We literally waited 30 minutes to check in. Never saw anyone in charge to speak to about any concerns. We had a room on the 12th floor and the hallways from the elevator to our room were sweltering. The front desk worker asked if we had a view preference, we did not but apparently we should have. She said it was a river view but it looked more like a dirty drainage ditch. Jade Waters lazy river was the biggest disappointment of all. There had to be numerous fire and water code violations. The hotel sells resort day passes so people not even staying in the hotel have access to the water park. No one could or would tell me how many passes they allow on any given Saturday. So hotel guests spend hundreds to stay at the hotel to have acess to the luxury water amenities but it was anything but luxurious. There were literally less than 40 floats in the park. The water was dirty and murky and if a child or adult was under the water, you would never know. You were shoulder to shoulder with strangers. It took 45 min to get food or drinks. It was $14 for a small pina coloda plus a 20% gratuity every time you purchase anything. The swim up bar was 4 people deep so no faster to try and get things from there. There were NO water stations any where to be seen. We finally asked for water at the only snack bar in the back of the park. They did give free small cups of water when asked...but they would rather make you buy a $6 bottled water with 20% gratutity. The park area was dirty with empty food trays and cups. There were lifeguards along the lazy river but there is no way they could see anyone strugggling. One lifeguard was braiding their hair and another life guard was dressed in a servers outfit, so I don't know if he was trained or just filling in? We paid for a late check out (2:00)but were greeted by housekeeping banging on the door at 9am?! We came back to our room at 1:40 only to find that we were already locked out. So down 12 floors, wait in line, get key re-coded, go up 12 floors to find out key still doesnt work....so got to do it all AGAIN. There were many angry guests! Under staffed, managers stay in their offices and let the poor front desk employees catch the wrath of guests. Never saw anyone to ask questions or express concerns to. Even emailing Hilton directly, I don't think they care. So take your business elsewhere. Your family will thank you. For this kind of money it should be a memorable for all the right reasons...not wrong ones.

Would have preferred more dining options. The hotel was lovely and well managed. The fine dining steak house was excellent but the only other place to eat was a cocktail nook with snack type food. You had to go to the bar to order and when we asked for the cocktail menu were told to order whatever we wanted and they could make it. There were drinks available in a Top Golf but it was tiny and empty. We were there for 3 nights and the second day our room was never cleaned. We were with friends on the same floor and their room wasn’t cleaned either. I think next time will find a better hotel.

A Great Place to Rest The bed slept immaculate for me. I did not want to get out of the bed. The room was exceptionally clean. The staff were very polite and professional. The hotel in its entirety was always clean which is a plus in itself. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Hotel but Nasty Staff The Church Holy Convocation for PCAFI was held here July, Beautiful Hotel, but the staff are very mean and nasty especially at the check-in they were rude gave my sister's room away that she paid for a year in advance. to a room with mattress on the floor, they have no accommodations for wheel chair no ramps no door that auto open parking is expensive even if your a guest, the room are all attached so you can hear screming kids in the next room. Hiton upper management employees need to be trained on hotel etiquette, so they know to treat people Very Disappointed in the treatment of the Saint that came from all over the world to stay here. I will never stay in another hilton where every I travel.

Do not stay here. TERRIBLE customer. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVERervice. This was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had in my entire life. This is the worst customer service Iever. The manager was made aware of my air conditioning not working in my room. It was never resolved after 3 days but I was given a box fan as a replacement!!!! My refrigerator did not work but I was given a second refrigerator which did not work!!!!! This caused my medication and my food to go bad. Hilton no longer supplies you with hand soap. You are supposed to use the body wash in the shower which is a dispenser attached to the wall. The bottle water in the room is $4,00 each. They didn't tell anyone in our group that to use the lazy river it was an additional $25 a day. During our conference, so many bugs appeared on the tables where we were seated that they had to move us to a different conference room . The manager was made aware of these problems and made absolutely no attempt to fix any of them.
