It’s a Holiday Inn Several couples stayed here overnight while attending an event. Upon check-in the front desk employees were nice and friendly. The room was quiet although the bathroom should have been cleaned more thoroughly. It was okay for an overnight stay.

Awesome place to stay near Dallas. The manager Bob Nerosa was very helpful. The rooms are very clean and the staff was very professional. I fully recommend staying here in the future. The breakfasts were delirious. The location is conveniently located near local attractions and restaurants.

Excellent and highly recommend Great experience and excellent customer service!!! 20 out if 10! Highly recommend!!! Everyone is very friendly! Bob Nerosa helped make it the best trip! Our first time in Dallas, Texas for the world’s robotics competition twenty twenty-four. Highly recommend if you want to stay somewhere with excellent service and friendly staff!

Terrific Experience This was a church Youth Gathering from north Texas and Louisiana. The staff at Holiday Inn were excellent. The breakfast was plenty and we had 100 kids and 50 adults. A should out to Eadie at the front desk for the kindness the and patience with your teens. It was a fantastic experience.

AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL...... If we're anywhere in the city of Dallas this is definitely where we will stay I would like to say hands down that My experience within the first 20 mins of the property greeting me and my sister if I could sum it up to what type of feeling I got. IT WAS LIKE WHEN I WAS A YOUNG GIRL AND WE STOOD AROUND ONE BY ONE TELLING WHAT WE WERE GRATEFUL FOR AT THANKSGIVING DINNER. We were treated like family; handled with patience. Both Will and his manager Jessie were very knowledgeable about there policies and came up with an Avenue for us to be with our families this THANKSGIVING. I would recommend this property to anyone I loved or had intent to stay well only for the night or days at a time
