Worst hotel experience in my entire life This property should be closed. Staff claimed rooms would be cleaned every 3 days. After 3 days, we asked about room cleaning and they promised to try but had a lot of check outs. Room still not cleaned. Asked for new towels and was promised it would be brought to room. Room not cleaned after 4 days. I claimed to front desk employee who began to yell at me saying it wasn’t his fault and how dare I complain. 5 separate rug stains in room. Garage piling up in halls. Someone called saying they are ATM and rooms only get cleaned upon request. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to stay here

SCAM! STAY AWAY! SCAM! SCAM!!! STAY AWAY! SCAM!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! I made a reservation through Hotels.com in June. Homewood suites cancelled my reservation without any notice to me or Hotels.com. When I got to hotel, they told me my reservation was cancelled by them because they were scheduled to close permanently, but stayed open. Great, well I have an intact reservation, paid in full, and they can’t give me a room unless I re-book through them. I thought ok, for the same price. NOPE. The two managers I spoke with would not honor the price I paid. After going back and forth with them for an hour they “negotiated” a new higher price. I had to call hotels.com to cancel my reservation and re-book with hotel at the higher price. I filed a claim with my credit card company. When I checked out I asked for a detailed print out of my charges. The total they gave me was hundreds of dollars over what they told me originally. Plus they charged me parking when we didn’t have a vehicle. The morning desk attendant told me she couldn’t do anything about it and I had to email another girl. Thankfully after the check in disaster, I asked for the events in writing where she indicated the new negotiated price. Again, another inconvenience I have to deal with. Oh also they had NO BATH TOWELS on the second day. And only 1 operating elevator for the whole hotel. We asked housekeeping for new towels, and she sadly told us “we don’t have towels, our machines are broken”. This place is a SCAM, management is terrible and the owners are money hungry jerks. They don’t mind making their business problems their customers problem.

Bad news This was really bad rooms weren't ready when they were suppose to be , had to wait 30 minutes for the desk clerk to return. Called the front desk to report tv not working they did nothing that night. Went to the front desk to check out they said they would take off the $10.000 for parking check the bill at 2;45 that morning never was on the bill. Didn't take care of business and the customers!!!!

Pls do yourself a favor, don’t stay here Thought to give this hotel another visit, because reg hotel usually has been too busy during my stay in Dallas. I’m so sorry I did. Although it’s been a few yrs since I last stayed here at with this chain I thought it was be just as good. Horrible stay. Do not recommend this location —Market Center-Dallas. Since arrival non existent of staff and customer service. Had to wait for front desk staff not only arrival but departure. (No checkout slid under door on last day. ). Warning— they now charge $10 parking/day not stated on website. Only one working elevator of the two, then no working elevator same day. Forced to use stairs, smelled like someone had used as a restroom. Love the new shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers, but it’ll be nice if they had all been refilled before I got there. Thin walls, could hear ppl talking, doors opening, slamming shut and banged on. Horrible breakfast—hot meal? Cold poached eggs(dry) leathery tasting cand bacon, tater tots and dried French toast on paper plates and plastic utensils. Honestly this was not worth the $140 a night stay charged.

Horrible Stay Absolutely terrible experience, rooms were filthy and we were told rooms had queen beds, got to the room to find full beds. Staff was very rude and not helpful at all. Ended up having to get a full refund after calling Hilton corporate. Truck was broken into while sitting in their parking lot in broad daylight. Had to go get a new window so I didn’t have to drive hours back home with a window missing. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone. Save yourself and do not stay here.
