An IHG winner (for a change) Very nice location, room comfortable staff welcoming. It is a nice property to walk around from. As a diamond ambassador I try to use IHG properties as often as possible but mostly they are less then great.. this one is fantastic but I didn’t try food or drink service bar was empty

Amazing Breakfast Service Laticia is an absolute gem at the breakfast service! Despite handling a full house all by herself, she embodies efficiency, professionalism, and warmth simultaneously. Her ability to manage such a demanding environment with a smile is truly admirable. You can't help but wonder how she pulls it off so flawlessly. Her service is not just about delivering meals; it's a seamless blend of speed and quality, coupled with genuine hospitality. She ensures everyone is attended to promptly and with a friendly demeanor that brightens up the morning for every guest. It's evident that Laticia is a valuable asset to the hotel. Disappointing I would like to share my disappointment with the outdated rooms and the inability to turn off the noisy air conditioners at the hotel. Furthermore, the breakfast was quite unsatisfactory. In my opinion, the hotel does not meet the standard for a four-star hotel, and I would not recommend it. I was also disappointed that I only received two small bottles of water for my entire 4-night stay.

Not worth the money Average check in. The place does not live up to the hype. TV in the room does not work, was advised that they are new tvs...no physical remote and my phone could not connect....told it would be resolved tomorrow, I am leaving tomorrow. The noise outside is so bad the hotel provides free ear plugs...not booked up so I am not sure why they would put me next to the busiest intersection....I would not stay here again.

Good stay We chose this as the brand is normally quite good and for its location near things we could walk to. On the whole we enjoyed our stay here, it was a big room with a separate lounge area. The room was clean and recently decorated . The windows however were well overdue a clean! It was opposite a car park which was useful for our hire car.
