Great experience, felt very welcomed. The room was very nice, loved the space. Cleaning service was great. Front desk workers Etienne & Allen were extremely helpful. Whenever I had issues or questions they were quick to help and gave detail explanation. I stayed here for 17 days, each day they worked they'd greet the customers, definitely did a great job making people feel welcomed here.

Front Desk Staff Allen Allen at the front desk is a nice young man. He has been extremely helpful and always has a smile. I appreciate his honesty and I can tell when he is off. I witnesses his interaction with other guests and he cared for their needs with respect and professionalism.

Business Stay I had a 3 week stay at this hotel in July. My room was spacious and clean. Bed was a little too soft for my liking but was ok. The main star of the hotel is definitely the staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Special shoutout to Melody, Leo, Allen, Noa, Morgan, Katy Jo and all bar staff.

Excellent experience. My friend is a male and was looking for full services, so I hooked him up with Linda 8503137241 she is working at a spa here and my friend told me he had amazing moment with her. I definately recommend her for anyone looking for nuru masssage and a real full services,

An amazing customer service experience at The Highland Dallas. Before even arriving, I called the hotel to request a shower instead of a standard bathtub, which is offered in most hotels. Immediately, the front desk attendant Noe greeted me with such warmth and put a note on our our account. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the valet. The foyer and main lobby aesthetics were gorgeous and true to the reviews. Unfortunately, the spa was already closed but we will be visiting the pool in the morning. The hotel is perfectly located with the Shops at Mockingbird and The Fich American Grill being eight across the street. All in all the hotel is great but what makes it most memorable is our exceptional front desk attendant Noe. Our room with the shower was under maintenance when we arrived but he quickly made it right. Even upgrading us to an AMAZING room. We certainly will be back again!! Thank you Noe!
