enjoyable stay in dallas the hotel is well situated for downtown dallas . the staff were very welcoming and changed our room quickly when we had a technical problem with our originally assigned room . the hotel appeared to be empty ( time of year ) . room was clean and functional and had a great view of downtown .

Very nice hotel, but loud Very nice hotel. The room was very loud though. It sounded like we were next to a drag strip and we could hear the room above us having a conversation like they were in our room. Unfortunately that conversation happened at 3 am. We did not sleep very well due to the noise. I loved the hotel though!

Concert weekend in Dallas! Great response to my online request. The blackout curtains were amazing, slept so well. The hotel is really beautiful. We were centrally located to downtown, and the train. We jumped on the train and head to Bishop Art District. Fantastic The Dallas Marathon was going on all weekend which made it super difficult for Lyft to get to the hotel, we wished they’d had maps of the race path so we could plan our transportation.

Amenities were good The pillows and bed were very comfortable. I especially liked the lighting in the room. Access to the bathroom was easy along with the door length mirror on the closet door. I would recommend staying at this hotel. The room service was quick. The different restaurants and the cafe and gift shop were a bonus to staying in this hotel.

Bed The bed is very comfortable, and it helped me to endure a week of business. Otherwise, I would have missed home and my family a lot more. The Hyatt's room and hotel environment was exceptional, and I would recommend it to others. I would stay at this Hyatt again myself.
