Christmas 2025 This was my third year to stay at the hotel and as long as my company keeps doing our Christmas parties at Gilley's Dallas I'll keep coming back. The hotel's location to Gilley's is perfect. I live near Denton & don't want to drive back home late at night, so the hotel is convenient for me plus I utilize the valet service also. The only drawback I have with the hotel is that the sink in the bathroom is to high for me. I'm only 4' tall & I have to stand on my tip toes to be able to brush my teeth. So this year I brought my own step stool & it worked out perfectly. It also allowed my to use the adjustable mirror on the wall. Other than that I love the hotel.

Cuffs and Spurs Event This place has a very "artsy" vibe. The rooms are very clean and housekeeping is great. The hotel is in a great location to get to many attractions around Dallas. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. If you stay here be prepared for a loft, feel for your room. One negative is the walls must be very thin You can hear everything in the rooms around you. Alot of guest's and local people rave about the rooftop and pool at this hotel. In our option the rooftop was just alright and adding a 20% gratuity to every check must mean people do not tip for service here. As for the pool really nothing special. Overall if in Dallas I would possibly stay at this location.

Great atmosphere; great crew; fantastic food! I was greeted personally and warmly by everyone, who all really seemed to enjoy working there. The room was great, and the food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. Very pleasantly surprised! And a shoutout to Erika, who was awesome!!

Will stay again! The property has such a fun, artsy vibe. I was very intrigued by the conversion of an old warehouse building into a hotel.

Large room and great facilities Large room and big bed - comfy and clean - lighting dim, but only negative. Infinity pool on roof _ Free breakfast coffee at desk. Staff helpful - modern and colourful
