Exec Lounge (and Debra) is awesome! Debra is soo amazing here. She’s very thoughtful and helpful. I wish more people knew about this place. It would be great for families too. Separately, Natasha at the front desk was very helpful and followed up with q challenge I had. The asador restaurant is way better than I expected. Real farm to table!

Great service The hotel and staff were great. Valet option to text for your car was a huge plus. Every time we text for it it would be waiting for us. That’s great service. We will definitely be back again sooner than later.

Great service from start to finish Arrived at The Renaissance and was greeted by Aaron who welcomed me with a smile and asked just the right questions, went inside to a clean hotel and the rest of my stay was perfect definitely recommend! When I needed my car it was easy to get since all I had to do was scan a QR code.

Renaissance hotel Omg this hotel is amazing! Debra in the concierge lounge is so nice and sweet! She’s amazing! She makes you feel like you’re at home. I would definitely come back the food is also good. Everyone here is so nice.

My New Go To Hotel in Dallas! By the far the best Renaissance Hotel in North America! Outstanding service, modern and clean decor and a view of the Dallas skyline from my room that can’t be beat. Marriott can take a page from this property in how to train their hotel teams in the art of service.
