5 Star Experience! We hosted our daughter’s wedding at the Hotel Crescent Court and spent the weekend there. The Crescent Ballroom is the most beautiful venue for a wedding and the event staff is spectacular! Everything about this hotel is 5 Star! I highly recommend the Crescent for an event venue or weekend getaway! The rooms, beds, staff and location are all fabulous.

Great conference because of this hotel! The hotel is amazing. Room and bed are clean and comfortable, but what sets this hotel apart is it staff and location. First, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. 2nd, the location. I can't tell you how many excellent restaurants inside and just steps away from the hotel. Shopping is across the courtyard. I was there for a small conference and the food was some of the best I have had and the conference rooms amazing. They have conference rooms in the hotel but we used across the entrance way in a 17 story building and they were huge and so well appointed and frankly, beautiful.

Chic and Luxury Hotel in Downtown Dallas Excellent hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely hotel lobby with a gorgeous architectural fresh flower arrangement. I stayed for 3 nights and was extremely pleased by the level of service, cleanliness, and luxurious feel of the hotel. The gym is outstanding and coupled with a fantastic spa that includes a cold plunge pool and jacuzzi for the guests to enjoy.

Lovely hotel! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is beautiful, and its prime location made it incredibly convenient. While I loved the overall experience, there were a few minor inconveniences. The TV remote didn't work properly at night, and reaching room service took longer than expected. Additionally, our room hadn’t been remodeled yet, which was a bit disappointing given that they had renovations. However, these issues didn’t overshadow the hotel’s charm and appeal. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!

Outstanding Shumaila at the front desk was so sweet & even sent us an anniversary gift to our room. “ Rev” the driver was so professional & personal. The room is absolutely beautiful. The views are wonderful , everything is very clean & kept up with from the lobby, room & shopping center . We Will be coming back.
