My stay at the Sheraton The Sheraton provided exceptional service! from check in to check out the level of service that was provided exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean, the food was good and the staff was soooooo nice! Dennis, our valet attendant was very nice and informative! I will DEFINITELY be staying here when I return(:

Great Hotel and Valet Service Great Sheraton hotel in down town Dallas. Nice and spacious location. The valet service is great and very attentive. Went above and beyond the entire stay. Kudos especially to Matthew and the team! I will definitely be back to this location.

Matthew Who does valet parking Matthew is amazing, he assisted in packing the car because we were packing up the gift shop. He was very accommodating and very nice. He’s also very much an extrovert as I got to know him. If you ever have any problems with your car at the Sheraton hotel Matthew is your guy

Marriott Dallas The staff was great! So was the hotel. From check in to check out it was seamless. Clean hotel, friendly staff and all around good service. Shout out to our valet Matthew for taking great care of us during our stay!
