No Issues The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. There was plenty to choose from. Check-in and check-out were both easy.

Rude staff member, broken shower The first staff member we had, Karen, was phenomenal. Greeted us and answered all questions we had and was super friendly. The second day we were there the lady was horrible. Put her hand in my face and cancelled my reservation. Showers for both rooms we had didn’t work.

Please be cautious of your stay here. The pictures do not fully hold up to how the room looked. the location was decent, and the continental breakfast was okay. I didn't see any staff wearing gloves, but that seems to be a trend with food service and cleanliness now a day. but this is the review i submitted below. My top blankets were dirty, the towels were dingy and there was a pee smell within the room and bathroom. The calking was dirty around the toilet and in the shower. it showed that housekeeping does not do a thorough job between flipping rooms. I was highly disappointed because the outside and lobby area was nice and well kept, so I expected the same to translate to the rooms. and it was not. I have a problem because I spent my hard-earned money here. and when I brought this matter to the front desk, I was not accommodated; then asked for the manager's information, I called, and I have not received a callback. I believe management needs to make rounds to check the internal structure of the hotel. I hope my feedback makes an impact for the future service for this hotel.
