Great Location! Good Amenities Great location! I'm not sure of the addition resort fee was necessary considering the price we paid. No daily housekeeping. But when we asked for clean towels we were provided with clean towels. Beach chairs were provided, but worn. The pool was maintained and warm and clean - very refreshing. The kitchen was nicely stocked and appliances were clean and well maintained. We stayed in the North Phase one building. The middle building seemed inconvenient with low ceilings in the hallway - my very tall son could not even stand to walk in the hallways. I do like that the text messaged any updates and check out information.

great location and view of ocean and beach! Beautiful location and views of beach and ocean. Handy location to harbor, shops, and restaurants. Improvements are in process, but did not bother our stay. Furniture needs upgrading as they proceed.
