Good vibes Very welcoming and friendly staff. I rolled in and discovered I booked the wrong date online and Britteney quickly resolved the issue - which was my mistake. I will definitely be returning for another stay. Very clean hotel by the way. Great experience all around.

Hilton, Danbury, Mill Plain Road, AMAZING!!! I arrived on 7/26/24 and checked out today, 9/1/24. This was plenty of time to encounter most if not all employees here. Upon arrival the first person who greeted me was Jillian. She most pleasantly welcomed me, made me laugh, went above and beyond with amazing customer service, made me feel apart of, and was consistent my entire stay. Kyle was also very pleasant, attentive, and always willing help. Jaqueline/Jacky was amazing! She also went above and beyond. She treated me like family. We shared plenty laughs during my stay. Corey was amazing. He also made my stay pleasant and comfortable, educating me on some things i wasn’t aware of as a Hilton member. We also shared many laughs. Hector was very nice, always greeting me when he saw me about the hotel, also very handy, fixing various things. Shout out to Sheri at the front desk who was also helpful. Last but not least Ana, Nora, and Olga of housekeeping were on point, assisting me me with needs day to day. Collectively you have a great team! I was amazed constantly by the service provided here. I have been in customer service myself for quite a while. My expectations were exceeded! 10/10 I will be back!!!

Excellent staff and accommodations The staff is incredible at this hotel. They are extremely welcoming and were always happy to answer questions and go the extra mile to help out. The restaurant food was very competitive to local restaurants and I was very happy with the options and portions. The rooms are updated and accommodations are very comfortable. We were also able to bring our two dogs, which is a huge bonus. There were plenty of green areas to walk with them and the areas were all very well curbed.

Amazing Staff goes the extra mile Been coming to my home away from home now for over 3 months. I was previously at a different hotel right down the street and I asked my company to move me to the Hilton. Started coming during the construction process. Was thinking to myself what am I doing... There's construction happening daily. During these stays I saw the hotel transform into an amazing new design. Welp a few weeks ago, I spoke with Corey the Front Desk Manager. I honestly don't know his real title, but I know a title doesn't define who you are. It's the job you do daily that defines you. I asked Corey if they could get some Diet Dr Pepper for something other than Coke. He said absolutely he's placing an order soon. I showed up yesterday and he told me it was being delivered today. I got to my room tonight after a long stressful day of work and there are 2 diet Dr Pepper in my room waiting for me. This is exactly why I'm at this hotel. When you spend half your week away from home, the hotel staff became family and they sure do treat you like family. Thank you Corey and your team for always greeting me with a smile and friendly conversation. Thank you Hilton!!

Great Times at the Hilton! The hotel was clean snd a pleasant experience, but the kitchen was the star of the show. Chef Jamar goes above and beyond, the food and service are great! He made a charcuterie board that I’m still telling people about. The experience made even better with Sam tending bar and keeping environment jovial!
