UN”comfortable” Inn 1. Called front desk at 3am due to intoxicated person across hall from my room. He woke me at midnight pounding on his door and yelling because someone wouldn’t let him in. Then it happened again at 3am as he banged on the door and the walls, there was screaming and yelling of obscenities. Front desk said they don’t have “security” and nothing was done about it. Very unsettling and unacceptable. 2. The mattress made weird “hog like” noises EVERY time we moved. So damn annoying. 3. Hotel rooms need a major renovation. Bathroom lights are like a a dive bar, way too dim, put better bulbs in! 4. This is certainly NOT a comfortable hotel and the experience was ridiculous for what we paid.

Kim and Leslie (honorable mention) It's nice to arrive at a hotel after a long day of travel and be met with an efficient check-in and, in this case, a great sense of humor! Kim was delightful and was training Leslie in the art of putting a smile on the customer's face. The room was spacious and clean - perhaps due for a bit of updating in the TV/entertainment domain (we are in the age of streaming and the "remote for idiots") prevents one from plugging in their own Roku. But overall a great stay and will put this on our road travel stop menu.

Love our stay and staff was wonderful! Kim the hostess at front desk was so helpful and greats everyone with a smile. She met all our needs and went above to help us find restaurants close by we could walk to. The place was clean and breakfast was great. If you stay, say hi to Kim. First time I met her but she is outstanding.
