Too busy to discuss double charging me We stayed here on 25 May and 12 June, having booked through parksleepfly.com. We parked for the time in between, while on a trip to Asia. They ran my card again on the 12th for “incidentals,” as we had prepaid for everything. On 5 July, they charged my AMEX $167.06. The AMEX statement shows checking in and out on the 5th. On 12 July I called to try to clear up the extra charge. After the front desk person put me on hold for 12 minutes, I gave up and called back. I explained who I was and that I was on hold for 12 minutes. The employee said they were very busy; I responded, “ma’am, so am I.” She took my number and promised to call back. It’s been 12 hours—that never happened. So unprofessional. Not what I’m expect from a Marriott property. Avoid.

The best people work here - Ikuna S specially! Ikuna S made our trip very pleasant and memorable. She has a warm and approachable personality. Easy to talk and empathetic to our needs. She arranged our shuttle to the airport without any hassle. we got a 5 star treatment!!! The room is clean and comfortable and it smells good!

Good for short term use Spent the day here as part of a 'Day use room' after a cruise and before an evening flight. Room was spacious and comfy. Location was ok with a few places to eat not too far away by walk. Room was affordable and free shuttle to airport was very handy too.

This MOTEL ( it is not a hotel) commits FRAUD Whatever you do, DO NOT STAY HERE! We are loyal Marriott Titanium but this place should not be part of the Marriott Family. We stayed here one night before a cruise with a group of friends. I booked our room on points. We had only one charge at checkout which was a bar/restaurant charge of 57.09. We paid this charge on our credit card……Done. Now…….5 months later I have ANOTHER charge for $57.09. Have not set foot in Florida ( live in AZ) I have called “Patty” regularly ( supposedly does bookkeeping) Never available, never returned calls. This is FRAUD. Yes, Im pursuing this with my CC company but point is……what hotel randomly recharges a bill 5 months later? Of course they claim they have documentation according to my CC company. Still, have never heard from this hotel. I believe FRAUD is being committed. Consider yourselves warned!

Fish and Chips After a long day of travel was greeted and had a great meal at the bar - kitchen with Kenny. Awesome personality and talked me into Fish and Chips. Serious these were World Class. Im from New Zealand and did not expect the Fish and Chips to be as good as they were.
