Great stay! We stopped the night before our anniversary because I wanted to go to Salem the next morning. We had a great experience. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast good. My ONLY complaint is that the shower floor was a bit slippery. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Friendly Customer Service has Returned! Super nice staff; Olivia at the front desk was an excellent host; very accommodating and sincere in her outstanding customer service! Clean, quiet & comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again when in town!

Extremely Disappointing I am incredibly disappointed in our experience. We arrived an hour after our check-in time and we went up to our room and it was being cleaned and was not even close to ready for us. They moved us to another room and the shower didn't work properly the whole time we were there. The AC didn't work correctly either making the room uncomfortable. We kindly asked for help with these issues and they never came to a resolution. The rest of our trip, a specific staff member was snarky and unkind to us continuing to make our experience uncomfortable. I have tried reaching out to the hotel a few times now with no response.

Delightful Hotel This was a wonderful hotel. The rooms were very clean and smelled so good (citrusy) when we walked in. The king-size bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious, including a microwave, refrigerator and a sink right next to them. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a large variety of hot and cold items. The staff was friendly, and answered questions about the area for us. Plus, the price was reasonable for the location. Near the Salem and Danvers witch trial area (within 5-6 miles).

Clean, comfortable, convenient This hotel is clean, comfortable, and convenient for a Salem visit. We stayed 2 nights. Things were well maintained and staff was very good. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot with good pressure. Even the breakfast was nicer than a normal Comfort Inn.
