"Lukewarm is a stretch" If you dont care about hot showers, you'll have no complaints. Staff is excellent. But either the franchise owner or the GM refuses to change the settings. In my weekong stay I only had a warm enough shower at bath once in the middle of the night and once at 10Pm. The rest left me shivering. I asked a few people in the elevator if they thought the water was warm and the answers were no, and lukewarm is a stretch. I hear the boilers are new. Apparently they aren't large enough to handle a full crowd after a little league tournament (shower was downright cold I heard) nor a normal busy morning. They suggested I try slower times of day to bathe. As if my boss would want to hear that excuse for going rogue. I checked out and went elsewhere for the rest of my extended business trip. I would not go back.

Wonderful Hospitality. Maintenance Issues. My wife and I stayed here three nights. We really enjoyed the hospitality offered by the staff especially Rinata and Bianca. They were both friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our room even though there were several small maintenance issues. Including a clock that did not work, a safe where certain digits did not work, a slow draining sink and a leaking shower faucet. Breakfast was the normal fare at a hotel. Traffic is a mess at peak hours. But that is true, I think, for the entire region.

Bedbugs, homeless tents and drugs The area is over run with crime and there are homeless tents in the mangroves. Views of the hotel next door with 20 nasty mattresses laying around. We were there 3 nights and dealt with parents yelling for their kids at midnight and a couple arguing for hours at 3 am. When the kids left, we thought it might be ok, but my husband and were covered in bedbug bites a day after we went home. I have pictures, but after seeing other reviews, I'm sure you get the picture. My advice after trying the Holiday Inn after the Comfort Inn went downhill is to avoid Davenport at Rt 4 at 27. It's no longer a good area and the trafiic pattern makes it worse.

Great stay! We stayed for one night. Check in was simple. I checked in online and got an email that our room was ready before check-in! When I got there, it just took a minute to get my room key. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comforable. They have pumps in the shower with Dove Shower Gel, Shampoo and Conditioner to less waste. Breakfast had some hot items available like eggs, sausage and pancakes. Staff were all friendly and professional. Overall, we were happy we chose to stay there.

I have stayed here for 7 days Let me start by saying I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the front desk people are fantastic. The head of maintenance is an egomaniac that probably struggles to change a light bulb. I have had lukewarm shower water for a week. In anticipation of another week here I asked if something could be done about the hot water, so the front desk manager Kerry said she would contact maintenance. Maintenance arrives and does not solve the issue and when I asked him about it gave me an angry look said “it’s because so many people are staying here” I have been here a week and have tested the shower in the middle of the night when it was not full and the water is lukewarm period. When I said this he glared at me turned around and walked away got in his AMG Mercedes and made it a point to snap his throttle on the way out. First off I have been in the trades for 30 years and I am a federal agent for 17 years specializing in Construction Analytics and this guy obviously does not know what he is doing. The solution will take some work but he did not even give me the chance to tell him. All unilever shower valves can be adjusted for a proper mix of hot and cold. Open the furthest faucet and turn the temp up on the boiler until you reach a functional temperature than you adjust all the faucets going back to the boiler presto even hot water in the showers throughout the hotel. Did I mention that the shower head in the room on top of dealing with a cold shower flops, I have to crotch under it to get wet. All of my issues with my stay are related to poor maintenance. The hotel is full now and I can’t change rooms. Needless to say the only reason I would ever consider staying here again is because of the great front desk staff, But I will likely stay at a Hilton or a Marriott. Unfortunately the Buck stops at the person who hired this character. My suggestion is stay elsewhere! Yes I look forward to a hot shower at the end of a long day it ranks up there second only to a comfortable bed which they have in spades, so if a comfortable bed and a cold shower meets your needs this is the place. I have to add the “maintenance lead” is parading his AMG Benz angle parked under the main awning like he is to good to park in a space and obviously in a big hurry not to fix anything, tells me everything I need to know about him. The fact this poor excuse of a maintenance lead does not understand the basic fundamentals of a multi faucet large building is shocking. This hotel has maintenance issues and it’s obvious to me why.
