Great stay Very clean hotel with helpful staff. They have a nice buffet breakfast as well . Only complaint would be that the walls seem thin, but we got lucky and had nice neighbors. There is an outside pool, but front desk said it would only be opened in July.

Showers did not work plus extra charges When checking in we ordered two standard rooms and was charged 15 dollars extra plus tax or two queen beds and the shower did not work in both rooms the room was clean we always stay there each year and this year our group was 15 but will stay at a different hotel next year

Budget stay Adequate. Safe. Could be cleaner. Good for 1 night or if you’re on a budget. Good hot breakfast. Free parking. Quiet neighborhood. Noise from pipes, ice machine…bring ear plugs. Helpful staff. Really bad wi-fi. Microwave and fridge in room. Inadequate hot water in morning, but good at night.

What a disapointment After we Visitet the clean, bright and very nice Best Western Plus in Pittsburgh, Cranberry we found the absolute opposite here. The whole hotel looks outdatet needs makeover Room smelled mouldry, like wet dog. Rooms not clean, dust everywhere ,aircon sounds like a steam train No daily room cleaning. We changed the room, was not really making it better reception not very polite Will not stay there again!

Bwsdayton Cold breakfast, broken outlets in bath. Tub finish ground in dirt, carpet not clean around edges, front desk staff took forever to check in and out(15 minutes+). Access cards had to reprogrammed every nigh would not open room door
