Nice overnight stay I was a walk-in, desk staff was friendly and helpful. I got my preferred floor, ground level. Room faced beach and pool. Decently stocked weight and exercise room. Overall the hotel was clean. All staff I encountered were friendly. The anomaly being the hallway having a strong scent of smoking tobacco and other.

Charged for Room damage unjustly Well to start my Oceanfront high floor room wasnt available was all the check in clerk would tell me even after asking to speak to a manager. Get to the room and find M&M on the floor next to the bed. The pool towels are so worn and past replacement stage. I've been going to this location for years and it definitely is in need for repairs. Then to top it off when my CC bill comes in, they charged me $250 damage fee. When I called the hotel I was told the headboard was "punched or kicked" So much for being a loyal Hilton Honor Member for 15 years. Not even a phone call to discuss.

Great People and Great Property!!!! The hotel was very clean and they staff members were very helpful and friendly. I was traveling for business and I needed some additional time to meet with a last minute customer. They allowed me to extend my checkout and even gave me an area in the lobby to accommodate my customer meeting. They went above and beyond to assist me. Great People and Great Property!!!!!

My stay at Hilton garden inn Daytona beach The employees at Hilton garden in is amazing. I will recommend this hotel to anyone. This place is very clean and kept up very well. The manager at the front desk was so sweet. Her name is Ria. The lady at breakfast her name is Shelly. Is is so sweet and so helpful. The maintenance guy named Chris is so helpful and keeps everything nice there. I love the location to the hotel. Thanks for making my stay so nice. I will for sure be back. Thank again. Bad Experience I checked in on June 17, 2024. I opened the door to my room and there was a roach right there on the floor in front of the door. I stepped on it, then went to the front desk to tell them what I found and that I wanted a different room. All they said was sorry and then gave me another room. They didn't even offer me a discount on the room for at least the first night or a complimentary breakfast. Nothing at all.
