Stay Somewhere Else!!! After checking in and heading to our room we walked into the room they gave us and to our surprise someone was already in the room. So we went back to the front and got the right room, then our door wouldn't lock so they had to fix that. Then on the 2nd day our daughter and son arrived only to find out we would have to have them park somewhere else and pay for it, as they only allow 1 car per room. They don't have any breakfast but tell you to go to the place across the street which is basically hotel food for $22.00 a person.

We had no issues checking in, no issues getting our car when needed, no issues at all during our stay we loved it The room was very clean, comfortable, loved our stay. Staff was very friendly… valet was very friendly, the absolute best part is the view from our room, the resort photographer was on time, very friendly and took some great photos of us on the beach this gentleman was very great we loved ALL of our photos and he was patient with us and just did an awesome job

Great experience The hotel is extremely nice. Great rooms and service! it has a nice beachfront view and a short walk to the water. Our stay was incredible and filled with great memories. The staff with kind and friendly. Our family had a great stay and we totally recommend for family's!

Not for us... Construction site outside the hotel when we were there, machinery and jack hammers going from early on.  We had a sea view, still noisy.  Miserable check in staff, more like the East German Stasi than reception staff.  Booked direct with hotel a month ago, room still not ready, requests not granted or even acknowledged.  4pm on the dot check in, 11am check out - make the most of your expensive 19 hour stay.  Parking can be tricky, cars blocked in on car park. If you get here early, while waiting, enjoy a small bag off M&M's off the reception counter, $3. Otherwise, we'll call you when your rooms ready. Still waiting for the call.  Gottta beg for a room clean, despite paying $150 a night. Rang at 15:30 as room still not cleaned "Oh, we'll contact housekeeping" Still waiting. Bad service. Pool ' strategically photographed', small and cramped, bratty kids running riot, laydees with screaming baybees, pool regulations ignored, beach might be a better option if you bring your own loungers. Some dodgy looking characters hanging around on a night, Haitian security guards more interested in playing on their phones. Good location but poor staff attitudes, over rated, over priced for us, not coming back. Suggest you look elsewhere, too.

Best experience Absolutely amazing:) we enjoyed it and had so much fun. We got to do so many poses and the kids also got to do their own poses. :) the sunlight was just right. We started around 7pm and high tide was in but we still got amazing shots done. The gentleman was very nice and polite and had all the patience for us and went with the flow.
