Do not waste your time or money!! This is the worst place to stay. The management company is horrible to deal with. Pool was closed, beach access was closed, place was a construction zone. No office, no staff to get towels from. None of these inconveniences are listed in the listing. Fridge leaked water everywhere and we contacted management and was told to turn the temp up. It took 1.5 days to get the correct wiFi password. The tub was dirty and needed repair. Beware! I don’t recommend. They falsely advertise this dump!!

Horrible! This place is a dump! Maintenance needs to be fried! There was a guy pushing a cart around but didn’t look like he was working, there was a fat guy walking around with a blue shirt on not sure who he was but was walking around too. Trash on balcony wasn’t taken out the whole time I was there that was 5 days. No hot water ac didn’t work. Roaches in room. This place looks like a 3rd world country. There also was a home less guy laying in the stair well

HORRIBLE PLACE! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN We reserved through Airbnb and realized we made the worst decision when we pulled into the parking lot. The entire front is under construction. Everything is closed including the pool. It is dirty, dingy, and unsanitary. A cheap motel looks better than this. Our room was in bad Shape! Dusty, dirty, food in the fridge from the last guest, tiles missing in the bathroom, the box spring mattress was old and mildew. The windows were so old and broken. No shades on lamps, shady guests.The airconditioner vents were filthy and the thermostat was broken. There was construction going on which made it loud. The floors were filthy. My son got sick from staying there. Please don't stay here. Everything about this place is misleading. You will not get to enjoy Daytona Beach.

Do NOT stay here Made a reservation 3 months ahead and they double booked our room and went ahead and took $90 out of my account and we never got the money back. They are terrible at answering the phones and the rooms are not beach view. I will never stay there or look into that place EVER

Dirty Dirt and hair balls under the beds. Ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Sand and dirt in bathroom and closet floor. Had to wash own shower towels after initial use. No housekeeping. Lock pad from pool to beach is broke. Construction everywhere that starts bright and early so no sleeping in. *These are not issues with the the room owners, only the cleaning and housekeeping.
