Great place to stay as a family! We absolutely loved our stay at Perry’s. It’s a great place for the kids. They have two outdoor pools and one indoor pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed. We will definitely be back to Perry’s And would recommend it to anyone.

Great Stay! , Loved the Amenities. First time visiting the resort with family. We loved all what the property has to offer. Didn’t have to leave there at all, everything was there on property! I like the renovated rooms and the nice staff. The resort has charm and a great atmosphere. Will be back again!

Avoid this place other places are better. Finally decided to take a vacation because Covid happened last year so we didn’t take a vacation this hotel was old but above all the staff was rude we had problems with the AC wasn’t on in the room when we arrived the refrigerator was broken was not even cold at all shelves were broken in the bathroom roaches were on the ground several areas of the hotel where the rusted or broken but above all the staff made no effort to try and help solve the problems the only employee who is Worth anything is Mr. Calvin who took the time to get us a new refrigerator and apologized even though he had nothing to do with the issue but he represented himself well and I appreciate that. The front desk were rude as hell especially when I don’t have to spend my money there there’s several other hotels and resorts in Daytona that are cheaper and better I will not be staying here ever again due to the rude staff and the old undermaintained room and high price I do not recommend this place PS the tiki bar sucks and doesn’t have a menu.

Ran off a 30 year repeat customer/family with their unprofessional, disrespectful attitude AVOID this hotel. My family/friends have been coming to this hotel every year since 1987 reserving 5 - 6 rooms for a week or more each year. As of late, each year it has fallen into more disrepair as the prior year. Water leakes everywhere, rusting infrastructure along with crumbling concrete. Staff was disrespectful and rude, specifically Carla. I will NEVER visit this facility again.

Did not meet expectations! I am only giving Perry’s a 4 because the staff was polite and kind. Plus our family had a blast. As far as cleanliness I would give it a 1. Our family booked a total of 5 rooms. None of which were exceptionally clean. Our room was nasty. We had a kids suite in the south tower. There was a hair ball on the carpet in the main area, under the bunk bed in the kids area there was skittles, in the cabinet there was cookies from the previous guest, under the sink behind the garbage can there was a Starbucks cup from the previous guest but worst of all there was urine on the base of the toilet _. I know everyone is short staffed due to covid but really! Honestly, I did not ask them to redo our room because we do not like having the maid came in our room on vacation, we expect the room to be clean when we get there. As some guests have said previously the rooms in the south tower definitely need a remodel. The rooms around the garden area are nicely updated but the area around the indoor pool definitely needs updated.
